Lead With Queer Integrity is a self-paced leadership program for LGBTQ+ professionals, creatives, and changemakers who want to lead with greater presence, purpose, and pride.

It’s not about performance or pretending you’ve got it all figured out. And it’s not about fitting into a leadership model that was never designed for you.

It’s about creating a leadership practice that honours who you are—in body, mind, politics, and purpose.

In the course, I invite you to ask…

1. How are you really doing, emotionally, mentally, physically—and how does that affect your ability to lead?
2. What do you truly stand for—if you don't know what you stand for, do you have a leg to stand on?
3. Can you think through conflict with ethical clarity, balance, and emotional intelligence—or are reactive and argumentative?
4. Where is your message most vibrant—and where are you still holding back what you really want to express?
5. Does your mission and vision pulls you forward even when things feel uncertain—or are you still figuring out what direction to take?
6. What kind of leader do you want to be—and what does it look like to lead without burning out, compromising, or silencing yourself?
